脑心通胶囊对阿司匹林抗血小板治疗的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨小剂量阿司匹林对心脑血管疾病患者血小板生化指标的影响及脑心通的干预作用。方法215例心脑血管疾病患者每天服用阿司匹林100mg,1周后检测用花生四烯酸(AA)和二磷酸腺苷(ADP)作诱导剂的血小板聚集率(PAG)、血浆P-选择素和血栓素B2(TXB2)浓度;随机分阿司匹林1组(72例)每天继续口服阿司匹林100mg;阿司匹林2组(70例)每天口服阿司匹林300mg;脑心通组(73例)每天继续口服阿司匹林100mg,同时加用脑心通胶囊。1个月后复查PAG、血浆P-选择素和TXB2浓度。结果血浆P-选择素、TXB2浓度与AA、ADP诱导的PAG水平均呈正相关(P<0.01),血浆P-选择素与TXB2呈正相关(P<0.01);治疗后3组之间AA和ADP诱导的PAG、血浆P-选择素和TXB2浓度均显著低于治疗前(P<0.01);脑心通组AA诱导的PAG、血浆P-选择素和TXB2浓度均低于阿司匹林1、2组(P<0.05),脑心通组ADP诱导的PAG明显低于阿司匹林1组(P<0.05),3组间不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义。结论脑心通胶囊与阿司匹林合用能加强阿司匹林对心脑血管疾病患者抗血小板疗效,并无明显副作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of aspirin on platelet biochemical index in patients with cardio-cerebrovascular diseases and the influence of Naoxintong (Brain-heart unobstruction) Capsule. Methods The blood samples of 215 patients taking aspirin 100 mg per day for 7 days were collected for determination of platelet aggregation (PAG), P-selection level and TXB2 level by using arachidonic acid (AA) and adenosine diphosphate (ADP). Then they were divided randomly into aspirin group 1 (n= 72), still taking aspirin 100mg per day, aspirin group 2 (n= 70), taking aspirin 300mg per day, and Naoxintong group (n= 73), taking aspirin 100mg per day and Naoxintong Capsule. One month later, their PAG, P-selection and TXB2 levels were re-examined. Results The plasma P-selection and TXB2 were in a positive correlation with AA- and ADP-induced PAG (P〈0. 01). The plasma P-selection was in a positive correlation with TXB2 (P〈0.01). After treatment, the AA- and ADP-induced PAG, P-selection and TXB2 among three groups were significantly lowered (P〈0.01). In the Naoxintong group, the AA- and ADP-induced PAG, P-selection and TXB2 were lower than those of aspirin groups (P〈0.05), and the ADP-induced PAG was obviously lower than that of aspirin group 1 (P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference in the side-effect incidence among three groups. Conclusion The combination of Naoxintong with aspirin can reinforce the effect of antiplatelet without increased side-effect.
