摘要
研究了以较少量碱液投加量,在浸润的条件下,用蟹壳脱乙酰制备壳聚糖的产业化生产工艺。通过正交实验找到脱乙酰度85%,相对分子质量达6.8×105的壳聚糖的最佳制备工艺条件:温度140℃、反应时间4h、蟹壳与70%NaOH水溶液的质量比为1∶1。同时考察了脱钙、脱乙酰阶段反应条件对壳聚糖质量的影响。
The method of chitosan preparation was studied, and the influence of the reaction condition such as reaction time, alkaline concentration, ratio of raw material, reaction temperature on the deacetylation degree and viscosity of chitosan was investigated . This experiments found out the best conditions for taking off - COCH3 to 85% , that is temperature 140℃, reaction time 4h, ratio of raw material 1:1.
