摘要
旋杯式高速自动静电喷涂机是实现汽车车身表面喷涂的关键设备.在分析静电喷涂工作原理的基础上,建立了一种喷涂沉积过程的简化数学模型,并在此模型的基础上重点研究了喷涂距离、喷涂速度和喷雾图形搭接次数之间的关系,分别推导出侧喷机和顶喷机各轴运动速度的表达式,为喷涂轨迹的规划提供了理论基础,具有一定的实用价值.
High-speed spinning-bell automatic electrostatic sprayer is the key equipment for spray coating of car body. A simplified mathematic model of the process of spraying aggradations was set up by analyzing the working principle of electrostatic spray. With this foundation, the relation between spraying distance, spraying speed and numbers of spraying figure joint was investigated. Accordingly the velocity expressions of axes of the side sprayer and top sprayer were developed. This provides the theoretical basis for the spraying track programming, and has practical value,
