摘要
利用高级数值模拟技术研究分析了某型号抽油机支架的变形、应力分布规律,在此基础上,对支架进行了优化设计和模拟。结果表明,优化后的支架在满足经济性的同时,工作安全可靠性有显著提高。
Applying advanced numerical simulation technology, this paper studies and analyzes deformation and stress distribution of sampson post. According to above result, Sampson post is optimized with regard to structure. Meanwhile, the optimized sampson post is studied again. It concludes that optimized sampson post's reliability of performance notably increases with cost & weight of sampson post decreasing.
