摘要
介绍了自行研究开发的导热油滚筒干燥聚合氯化铝新工艺。该工艺具有系统运行压力低，操作安全性好，干燥滚筒使用寿命长，节约能源以及设备投资小等优点。生产的片状ＰＡＣ的Ａｌ２Ｏ３含量为２８％～３１％，盐基度６５％～８５％，饮用水处理加药量为６～８ｋｇ／ｋｔ水，并具有优良的溶解性。
An advanced process of drying PAC with heat transfer oil drum dryer is introduced.In the process,there are many advantages,such as lower system pressure,good operating safety,longer service life of drum, lower energy cost and inexpensive investment in equipment.The PAC product produced by the process contains higher Al 2O 3 content(28%～31%)and proper basicity (65%～85%),has also good solvability in water.The PAC is put in the water in accordance with 6～8kg/kt water for clearifing potable water.
