摘要
在Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2三元玻璃系统中,加入晶核剂TiO2、ZrO2,通过热处理,制备出了主晶相为β-石英固溶体的透明微晶玻璃。用X射线衍射、SEM对样品进行了分析。测定了玻璃热膨胀系数,并和原始玻璃作了对比,讨论了热处理制度、结构与性能之间的关系。
Transparent glass ceramics are prepared by heated treatment and adding nuclei TiO 2 and ZrO 2 in the ternary system Li 2O Al 2O 3 SiO 2.The main crystalline of glasses is β SiO 2 solid state.The samples were analysed using XRD and SEM,and the coefficients of thermal expansion were measured,compared with basic glass.The relations between heated treatment,structure and properties are discussed.
