Starting from July 1, 2008, all models of lightweight trucks, along with heavy-duty and mid-size trucks, have gone into the era of National Standard Ⅲ, except that of less than 3.5-ton in gross weight. To this end, the reporter of 〈Commercial Vehicle〉 magazine interviewed several light-weight trucks manufacturers for purpose of learning and understanding how National Standard Ⅲ had impacted the industry.
