摘要 近年来,零售商的市场势力和制造商产品的多样化呈上升的趋势,从而导致了纵向市场结构由上游垄断—下游竞争向上游竞争—下游垄断的方向演变。零售商的抗衡力量和对上游的纵向约束是其在纵向结构中权力变动的重要表现。这种纵向关系分为非线性定价下的纵向约束和排他性合约下的纵向约束两个部分,从零售商市场势力的视角对制造商—零售商纵向关系进行系统综述,可为我国零售业的反垄断政策提供理论上的指导和借鉴。 There is an increasing trend in the market power of retailers and the diversification of products, which induce the evolution from the upper monopolization and the lower competition to the upper competition and the lower monopolization. Retailers' contending power and their vertical control on the upper levels are the important expressions of the change of the authority. The review includes two parts, one is vertical restraints of nonlinear pricing, the other is vertical restraints of exclusive agreements. The study is trying to make a systematic summary of the relation between manufacturers and retailers from the angle of retailers' market power. This will provide theoretical guidance and reference for our retail business against monopolization.
