用于甲烷部分氧化制甲醛反应的超细MoO_3/SiO_2催化剂 被引量:2

摘要 对比研究两种不同载体MoO3/SiO2催化剂用于甲烷部分氧化反应,结果表明用醇盐法所制SiO2做成的催化剂比用所买SiO2做成的催化剂反应活性和选择性好;电镜(TEM)结果表明前者是超细粒子催化剂,其平均粒径为12.65nm,粒度分布窄;BET及孔结构测定表明前者比表面积大,孔容及孔径小,孔径分布窄;TPR结果表明前者MoO3与SiO2相互作用较弱. MoO 3/SiO 2 catalysts with two kinds of different supports for partial oxidation of methane to formaldehyde were studied.1MoO 3/ZSiO 2 catalyst prepared SiO 2 by sol gel (alkoxide) method had higher reaction activity and selectivity than 1MoO 3/QSiO 2 prepared by SiO 2 bought.TEM determination exhibited that 1MoO 3/ZSiO 2 was ultrafine particle catalyst.Its average particle diameter was 12.65 nm and it had a narrow distribution.BET analysis showed that 1MoO 3/ZSiO 2 had larger specific surface area and smaller pore volume.It had a narrow pore radius distribution.TPR results indicated that MoO 3 and SiO 2 had weaker interaction in 1MoO 3/ZSiO 2.
