摘要
提出的Tubemod系统建立了系列数控弯管机床的几何、运动、变形、调试及干涉测试的总体仿真模型和完整的模具库及导管库。该系统采用数控指令驱动、能直接从弯管数据库中读取NC程序,进行装夹、弯曲、回弹等数控弯管全过程的三维动态显示,并可进行干涉检测处理。
Our research and development work was done by contract for a Chinese manufacturing company. In the absence of detailed technical information in the open literature, we worked out the necessary software and the user found it to be satisfactory in actual operation. Tubemod was developed with the objectoriented method. We developed its integrated simulation model shown schematically in Fig.1. The model took into full consideration the following information items needed for instruction driving: (1) motion and deformation, (2) collision detection, (3) adjustments to different tubes and to different machines, (4) geometry and assembly of maching tools. Series of tube benders and dies were organized in tube bender database and die database respectively. Since each change of the tube bending process was formalized as the action of NC instructions directly, the motion calculation, the collision detection and the animation display of the system become much simpler, and thus faster.
