氟、钙与碘对甲状腺重量和功能的交互作用观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察不同氟、钙和碘水平对甲状腺相对重量、TSH、TT3和TT4的交互作用。方法应用2×2×2析因实验设计将W istar大鼠分成8组,分别进行适中氟钙碘、适中氟碘高钙、适中钙碘高氟、适中碘高氟钙、适中氟钙低碘、适中氟高钙低碘、适中钙高氟低碘、高氟钙低碘喂养,6个月后观察其对甲状腺重量的影响。结果甲状腺相对重量低碘组较适中碘组高(F=17.297,P<0.001)。TSH低碘组较适中碘组高(F=40.605,P<0.001)。氟与碘对TT3指标有交互作用(F=4.540,P<0.037),固定为适中氟、钙时,低碘组的TT3高于适中碘组(t=3.855,P=0.001);固定为适中碘、钙时,高氟组的TT3>适中氟组(t=3.326,P<0.032)。TT4低碘组<适中碘组(F=8.014,P=0.006)。其它各比较组间无差异。交互作用图显示氟、钙与碘可能有潜在交互作用。结论低碘可引起甲状腺重量和相关功能的改变,氟与碘对TT3可发生交互作用,氟也可直接或间接地影响甲状腺的功能。 Objective To study the interaction of fluorine, calcium and iodine on thyroid weight, TSH, TT3 and TT4 of rats. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into 8 groups: moderate concentrations of fluorine, calcium and iodine; moderate concentrations of fluorine, iodine and higher eoncentration of calcium; moderate concentrations of calcium, iodine and high- er concentration of fluorine; moderate concentration of iodine and higher concentrations of fluorine, caleium; moderate concentra- tions of fluorine, calcium and lower concentration of iodine; moderate concentration of fluorine, higher concentration of calcium and lower concentration of iodine; moderate concentration of calcium, higher concentration of fluorine and lower concentration of iodine; higher concentrations of fluorine, calcium and lower concentration of iodine based on 2 × 2×2 factorial design. After six months, thyroid weights were measured. Results According to the results of factorial ANOVA, thyroid weights and TSH of rats in lower concentration of iodine group is higher than those in moderate concentration of iodine groulp. Significant interaction effects of fluorine with iodine on TT3 of rats were found. TT3 of rats in lower concentration of iodine group is higher than that in moderate concentration of iodine group, while certain fluorine and calcium concentrations were moderate. TT3 in higher concentration of fluorine group is higher than that in moderate concentration of fluorine group, while certain iodine and calcium concentration were moderate. TT4 of rats in lower concentration of iodine group is lower than that in moderate concentration of iodine group. No effect were found in other groups. Conclusions Iodine failure may change thyroid weight and relative function of rats. There are interaction effects of fluorine with iodine on TT3 of rats. Fluorine could affect function of thyroid directly or indirectly.
