摘要 对新型低压空气雾化喷嘴的结构及雾化机理进行了理论分析和试验研究。着重研究了一、二次风比例调节及一次风量与喷油量比、喷嘴的结构特性和有无保护气等对喷嘴雾化特性的影响规律,并找出了影响此类喷嘴的雾化特性的主要因素,同时对大量试验数据进行了多元非线性回归分析处理,得出了关于雾化粒度SMD的计算公式,其可信度高,有实用价值. Experimental research and theoretical analysis are carried out on the low-pressure airblast nozzle. Sufficient information from the main influences of the low-pressure airblast nozzle on the atomizing performance is obtained. According to elemental of similarity and peculiarity of low-pressure airblast nozzle, the cold similarity moduli of a new type of nozzle are deduced. A regression analysis of the multi-variable non-linear function was carried on with large amount of the experimental data. Two expressions connecting drop size(SMD) with the main influence factors are presnted. Moreover, some important conclusions of spray characteristics of the nozzle are found during analysis and comparing the experimental datas. The expressions and conclusions are trustworthy and reliable.
