摘要
中国社区卫生服务体系处在快速发展之中,社区卫生运营管理、业务运行的复杂性决定了社区卫生信息化建设工作的复杂性。本文通过对社区卫生工作社会大环境、卫生管理层面、业务操作层面的需求分析,明确社区卫生信息化建设的关键问题和挑战,提出构建新型社区卫生服务信息系统的技术方法和思路,用于指导社区卫生信息化的持续建设和发展。
In China, Community Health Service （ Abbr, CHS） system develops rapidly in recent years. The complexity of management and operation in CHS challenge the construction of CHS information System. Through analyzing the surrounding social environment of CHS system and the various requirements of relative aspects, the author indicates the key problems and challenge confronting the work of developing CHS information system, then puts forward the technical methodology to guide the continuous development and deployment of CHS information system.
