摘要
旋风铣削头是旋风铣削机床的核心部分,是实现旋风铣削的执行单元,其性能的好坏直接影响机床的加工精度和效率。而高速电主轴是旋风铣削头的核心动能部件。对高速电主轴的结构进行了优化设计,优化后的各项参数指标明显好于优化前的初始值。
A high speedprecision electric spindle is a core unit on a 5-Axis whirling machine tool It is hence necessary to have a systematic study on the key techniques for high speed electric spindles and develop high precision, high power, high rigidity and high speed spindles with a longer service life.Optimal design the structure of the high-speed spindle.
