摘要
本文从法学的角度,界定了运动员社会保障的概念,探讨了运动员社会保障制度的演进历程,剖析了当前我国运动员社会保障法规制度所存在的主要问题,并提出了一系列修改和完善运动员社会保障制度的建议。
The paper gives the definition of the concept of the athlete social security from the legal angle,discusses the evolution process of the athlete social security,analyzes the main problems existing in the current athlete social security regulation system and proposes a series of proposals to modify and complete the athlete social security system.
