摘要
以浙江省萧山区灯塔村为例,在调研与探讨灯塔村推广水稻机械化育插秧项目概况、成效与措施基础上,结合推广理论,并借鉴其他地方的推广经验,提出了推广水稻机械化育插秧技术的必备条件:一是技术先进适用;二要有推广载体;三要配套政策引导;四是推广组织有力。
It is one of important agricultural and country tasks to popularize rice mechanic breeding and planting technology. By the example of Dengtan Village of Xiaoshan District in Zhejiang Province, this paper investigates and analyses survey, measures and efforts about the item of popularizing rice mechanic breeding and planting technology. Furthermore, applying popularizing theory and referring to the experiences of other places, this paper put forward some necessary conditions as effective technology, implementing organizations, support policies and hard working popularizing organizations.
