摘要
适应职业院校教师分配制度改革的需要,建立健全绩效薪酬的课时工资制度,有利于充分调动和发挥教师工作的积极性与主动性,提高职业院校教育教学质量。本文拟通过对课时工资制的界定,探讨实行课时工资制所应具备的条件和实施的基本形式,从而提出课时工资制度是一种绩效与能力结合的薪酬模式。
To meet the need of vocational colleges' teachers distribution system reform, establishing and improving class wage system of performance pay is conducive to fully mobilize and expound working enthusiasm of the teachers and improve teaching quality vocational colleges. Through the definition of class wage system, this paper discusses the conditions and basic form in the implementation of the class wage system, and put forwards that the class wage system is a pay mode combining performance and ability.
