摘要
创建服务型政府是近年来我国深化行政改革中提出的一个目标选择,建设服务型政府的实践也在我国地方政府中紧张有序地进行着。从服务型政府的缘起、理论基础、内涵定位出发,研究实际建设中存在的问题,提出对策、建议对于当前服务型政府的建设具有重要的指导意义。
To build service government is an aim put forward during the administrative.reform process. Governments of all localities also carry out such an aim intensely and orderly. Studying from the origin, theory basis and connotation of serivce government and finding out the problems so that giving suggestions and countermeasures has an significant importance for building service government at present.
