摘要
灵芝是我国著名的药用真菌和新资源食品。在分析研究灵芝主要活性物质的基础上,对灵芝液体深层发酵技术作了较全面的综述,指出了影响灵芝液体深层发酵主要因素,最后对灵芝液体深层发酵技术在医药及食品中的应用前景作了展望。
Ganoderma lucidum is famous for the medicinal fungi and new food resources, the main active substances and submerged fermentation technology of Ganoderrna lucidum had already many systematic and indepth studies at home and abroad. In this paper, Ganoderma lucidum main active substances Ganoderrna polysaccharides, Ganoderma triterpenoids and Ganoderma submerged fermentation technology of the latest research results were reviewed.
