旋转回归设计优化超声波橘皮总黄酮提取工艺 被引量:18

摘要 研究以乙醇为溶剂超声波辅助提取柑橘皮黄酮的工艺。采用中心旋转回归试验(Central Composite Rotatable Design,CCRD)优化柑橘皮总黄酮的提取工艺,用曲面响应法对影响总黄酮提取率的乙醇浓度,提取时间,固液比的最佳水平范围进行研究,通过对二次多项回归方程求解得到最优工艺参数:乙醇浓度62.08%,提取时间62.17min,料液比1∶37.59。所选用的二次多项模型具有高度的显著性。 The supersonic extraction process of flavonoids from orange peel was studied in this article. Using Composite Rotatable Design(CCRD) to optimize the process of flavonoids extraction by supersonic. Response surface methodology(RSM) based on the rate of flavonoids extraction was used to get the optimal levels of three impor- tant factors,namely ethanol concentration, extracting time, liquid-to-solid ratio.The optimum process for supersonic extraction were 62.08 % ethanol, 62.17 min supersonic time, 37.59 liquid-solid ratio. Quadratic equation model in the study was very significance.
