摘要
研究了钢中氮和铝形成AlN夹杂的条件及其对SWRCH22A钢性能的影响.结果表明:钢中AlN夹杂物是在凝固过程中析出的,对于有些钢种,少量的AlN在晶界析出,对钢的性能影响较小,甚至有益,因为它可以细化晶粒,但对于深加工前需要调质处理的SWRCH22A钢,晶粒如果过细,则在拉拔过程中反应出强度高,模具消耗大;另外,SWRCH22A钢在加工成自攻钉前的渗碳调质中,较高的晶粒度级别也会降低其调质性能。鉴于自攻钉专用冷镦钢深加工的特殊性,提出SWRCH22A钢盘条最合适的晶粒度范围为9-10级。
In this paper, forming condition of AlN inclusion and its effect on performance of SWRCH22A is introduced. The result shows that AlN inclusion is precipitated during solidification process, but for some steel, small number of AlN can precipitate in crystal boundary with little effect on steel performance, even good effect because of grain refinement. But to SWRCH22A, it needs tempering treatment, too fine grain can result in high-strength and more die consumption during drawing process. Furthermore, during carburizing treatment, high grain fineness can lower tempering performance. Considering the particularity of cold heading steel processing for self tapping screw, 9- 10 grade is put forward as appropriate grain fineness for SWRCH22A wire rod.
