摘要
目的:通过对普通居民、卫生系统和政府部门三方群体关于大众卫生实践和效果认可度调查,为后续研究提供基线数据,为政府进一步的政策制定提供参考。方法:采用问卷和知情人物访谈形式调查,方差分析等方法进行分析。结果:调查地区对大众卫生总体上处在较高的认可水平,但认可程度不同,普通居民对大众卫生提高方便程度认可最高(得分为4.56),卫生系统对大众卫生改善工作环境认可最高(得分为4.7),政府对大众卫生促进卫生事业发展比较满意(得分为4.1)。讨论:总体上讲三方群体对大众卫生认知和感知较好;医疗花费是影响居民对大众卫生认可程度的重要因素;群众健康观念在卫生系统员工看来仍需进一步增强;政府理念中的群众健康保健水平有待提高。
Objective Evaluate the recognitions among common residents, health system, and government department of carrying out mass health to provide baseline data for sequence studies and formulating policies. Methods The questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate and analysis of variance to analysis, Results High recognitions of the mass health were received in the investigated areas. Improvement of the mass health convenience were highly recognized by common residents（4. 56±0, 79）, improvement of work conditions by health system（4. 7± 0. 89）, and promotion of health service development by government （4. 1 ± 0. 50）. Discussion The mass health received high recognitions from three investigated groups generally. The cost of health care was an important factor influencing the recognition from common residents. Residents＇ concepts of health needed to be strengthened in health service staffs＇ views. Levels of residents＇ health care should be improvement for government department.
