摘要
针对充退磁系统在智能化、检测化方面的需求,研制一种以ARM微处理器为核心的智能充退磁系统。分析了系统的工作原理,并对系统的硬件设计及基于实时操作系统RTLinux的软件开发进行了阐述。该系统集成了对磁场的测控功能及充退磁效果的评估,实现了对充退磁的闭环控制,从而提高了系统精度。
The intelligent system for magnetization and demagnetization based on ARM micro-controller was designed for the demand of intelligence and detection. The working principle was analyzed, and then the hardware design and software development based on real time operating system RTLinux were presented. The system integrates detection and control of the magnetic field and effect assessment in achieving fully magnetization and demagnetization, thereby enhances the accuracy of the system.
