摘要
针对纸浆浓度控制过程中模拟仪表变送器存在的纸浆浓度调节精度低、稳定性差以及功耗大、维护成本高等缺点,设计了一种具有CAN总线通信功能的智能变送器。详细介绍了该变送器硬件和软件的设计方法。硬件部分由工控机、MSC1211Y5单片机、SJA1000CAN控制器、82C250CAN收发器等组成,实现造纸过程纸浆浓度参数的检测、转换、计算和通信。软件部分主要设计了主程序和CAN通信的收发子程序流程图。该系统具有结构简单、实用性好、可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、功耗低等优点。
Aimed at solving the defects existing in the analog transmitter instruments controlling procedure of pulp concentration low precision and stability, high power consumption and expensive maintenance cost, an intelligence transmitter with CAN bus communication function for pulp consistency control was described. Methods to design hardware and software of the transmitter were introduced in detail. The hardware comprises industry PC, single chip MSC1211Y5, controller SJA1000CAN and transceiver 82C250CAN ; it can realize checking, conversion, calculation and communication of pulp concentration parameters. In the software aspect, the main program, sending and receiving subprogram flow chart on CAN correspondence were given. The system has the advantages such as simple structure, good practicality, low power consumption, high reliability and anti-jamming.
