摘要
新中国成立初期,怒江州在党和国家的帮助下,整体上直接从原始社会过渡到社会主义社会,实现了社会形态的历史跨越,这是怒江的第一次跨越,是一次政治意义的跨越。通过学习贯彻党的十七大精神,根据怒江流域的实际情况,确定了创新发展的思路和"跨越"目标,论述了实现"怒江"二次跨越的措施。
In the initial period of New China,with the assistant of the CPC and the country,the Nujiang prefecture transited directly from primitive society to socialist society as a whole and realized historic leap-over of social pattern. This is the first 'leap-over' of Nujiang prefecture in political significance. Through study and implementation of the spirit of 'the 17th national congress' of CPC and according to the practical condition of the Nujiang river basin,the innovative development idea and the 'leap-over' targets are determined and the measures of 'second leap-over' realization are discussed.
