摘要
目的探讨硬膜外镇痛对宫颈癌患者术后血液流变学变化的影响。方法将26例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级择期行宫颈癌根治术患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组术后采用PCA镇痛,对照组术后按临床传统镇痛方法镇痛。采用NBY-N6型仪器测定:全血及血浆粘度、红细胞压积及聚集指数、血浆纤维蛋白原。结果观察组全血及血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集指数在术后12～48 h均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硬膜外镇痛能改善宫颈癌患者术后血液流变学。
Objective To explore the effects of extradual analgesia on blood rheology alter patients with cervical carcinoma receiving operation. Methods 26 cases of cervical analgesia received radical operations and were randomly divided into two groups, The observation group underwent PCA analgesia, and the contrast group received traditional analgesia. NBY-N6 instruments were used to detect the viscosity of total blood and plasma, the packed cell volume, the index of aggregation and the plasma fibrinogen. Results The viscosity of total blood and plasma, the index of fibrlnogen and aggregation index were found much lower in the observation group than those in the contrast group 12-18 hours after operations（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Extradual analgesia can improve the indexes of blood rheology and can help to prevent the formation of lower limb venous thrombus.
