摘要
粘钢加固作为一种新型的结构加固方法,近年来在建筑结构物补强、老旧结构改造、事故处理等方面得到广泛应用.按照现行加固规范要求,进行粘钢加固应对结构完全卸载后进行.但受到施工条件限制,实际工程中并不能保障粘钢与原结构同时受力,粘钢加固存在着二次受力问题.基于平截面假设,应用有限条法对采用粘钢加固的钢筋混凝土梁正截面弯矩-曲率(M-Φ)关系曲线进行计算.采用钢筋混凝土规范给出的钢筋和混凝土的本构关系,应用Matlab编写了计算程序,分析了不同粘钢面积、钢板强度以及粘钢时机对钢筋混凝土梁加固效果的影响,提出了粘钢加固工程中应该注意的问题.
As an effective and reliable method of building reinforcement, bond steel plates on constructed RC structure is wildly used in reconstruction and maintenance of building reinforcement. The key problem of this technology is the cooperation between bonded steel plates and concrete component. Based on the assumption of plane section, the M--~ curve of stengthened RC beam bonded with steel plates was calculated through numerical method in elastic and elastoplastic phase. The computational program is developed by MATLAB. The area, strength and loading case of the bonded steel plates for strengthen the constructed RC beam was considered in this paper. At last, some points need paid more attation to strengthen RC beam with bonded steel plates were proposed.
