摘要
目的:检测细胞因子信号转导抑制因子SOCS1、SOCS2、SOCS3在正常妊娠模型与反复自然流产模型小鼠的不同表达。方法:建立反复自然流产小鼠模型CBA/J×DBA/2及正常妊娠小鼠模型CBA/J×BALB/c,取孕14 d的蜕膜组织,免疫组化方法检测SOCS1、SOCS2、SOCS3蛋白的表达。结果:SOCS1、SOCS2、SOCS3在自然流产小鼠模型及正常妊娠小鼠模型蜕膜组织均有表达,但与正常妊娠组比较,SOCS1在反复自然流产小鼠升高(P<0.05),而SOCS3表达降低(P<0.05),SOCS2无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:SOCS1、SOCS3可能在妊娠的维持中发挥主要作用。
Objective:To detect the different expressions of the suppressors of cytokine signaling(SOCS): SOCS1,SOCS2, SOCS3 on mice with normal pregnancy and with spontaneous abortion.Mothod: Build mice models with recurrent spontaneous abortion CBA/JxDBA/2 and normol pregnancy CBA/JxBALB/c,obtain the decidua tissues pregnanting for 14 days, detect the expressions of Protein-SOCS1, SOCS2 and SOCS3 by immunohistochemical method. Results: SOCS1,SOCS2,SOCS3 all has expressions at decidua tissues of mice model with spontaneous abortion and normol pregnancy,but compared with the group with normol pregnancy, SOCS1 increased in the mice with recurrent spontaneous abortion(P〈0.05),and SOCS3 decreased(P〈0.05);SOCS2 has no obvious differences(P〉0.05).Conclusion: SOCS1 ,SOCS3 may plays a major role in pregnancy maintenance.
