摘要
根据安全可靠和运行速度平滑原则,提出了基于双PLC控制结构的矿井提升机变频调速系统,对PLC、整流电源及变频器作了设计说明,并给出S曲线速度生产方法和系统软件设计流程图。该系统投入后,运行正常,达到设计目的。
According to the rule of safety and smoothly changed speed, a variable frequency speed adjustable system of mine hoist based on double S7 - 300 PLC was advanced. The design of PLC, eliminator supply and transducer was illustrated. S - shape curve speed and the flow chart of PLC software were also presented. The designed system is running inerrable and achieves the design purpose.
