摘要
蜗杆传动是机械设计中较为常用的机构,传统设计方法是根据传动比和设计者的经验,采用强度校核的方法进行,没有考虑设计参数的优化,所做出的设计是符合传动条件的,但往往不是最优化的设计。以三维软件Pro/E为设计平台,采用VC++6.0为设计界面,调用matlab6.5完成优化设计计算,然后利用Pro/E的程序和尺寸驱动功能,生成优化以后的三维模型,最后生成蜗轮和蜗杆的二维平面图。
Worm drive is a usual organ in the design of machine. Traditionally, the method of intensity emendation is often adopted according to the ratio of the gearing and the experience of the deviser and the parameter to be optimized has not been considered in the course of the design, so the design achieved is fit for the condition of the design, but it's not the most optimized. The three- dimension software Pro/E is adopted as a design platform, the software VC + + 6.0 is adopted to design interface and the software matlab6.5 is adopted to fulfill the calculation for optimized design, in the end the three- dimension model after optimized is created, making use of function of Pro/E for program driving or dimension driving, and the two - dimension figure for the worm wheel and worm has been created.
