表面带单粗糙峰的变载弹流润滑数值模拟

摘要 建立了接触固体表面带单粗糙峰的变载线接触弹流润滑模型,数值模拟了单粗糙峰和正弦交变载荷对压力、膜厚的影响。结果表明,单粗糙峰造成接触区对应位置油膜压力剧烈变化,膜厚变薄。单粗糙峰对压力和膜厚的影响大于载荷变化对压力和膜厚的影响。 A model to the problem of the mutative load line contact EHL with single asperities was established. The influences of the single asperities and mutative load on the pressure and film thickness are investigated. Numerical results reveal that the existence of single asperities can lead pressure change drastically and film thickness become thin in the vicinity of asperities. The effects of the mutative load on the pressure and film thickness are discussed. A comparison between the mutative load solutions and steady load solutions is given.
