摘要
为实现对宝石、药品等物质的现场分析,采用声光可调滤光器和光栅扫描两种技术完成系统的分光。机械结构采用精密丝杠螺母、杠杆传动的正弦机构。运用锁相放大技术和同步累积对微弱信号进行检测。测试实验结果表明,系统信噪比达到S/N=8 348∶1;重复性误差小于2%;光谱带宽优于8 nm。
In order to analyze some substances like gem or drugs in situ, the dispersion of light is finished with both technologies of the acousto-optic adjustable optical filter and the raster scanning. The precision guide screw nut and the leverage sine machine are applied in the mechanic structure. The phase-lock amplification and the synchronized accumulation are used for weak signal detection. The tests indicate that SNR of the system achieves 8 348 : 1; the repeatability error is smaller than 2 %; the spectral bandwidth is over 8 nm.
