摘要
美国、日本的信用担保优势主要体现在法律制度、系统结构、政府政策和风险分担上。借鉴其成功经验,从法制建设、资金补偿、理顺关系和配套改革等方面提出构建和完善我国中小企业信用担保体系的建议。
The credit guarantee system of United States and Japan is embodied mainly in the legal system, the system structure, the policy of the government and the risk-sharing system. Learning from the successful experience, the paper offers the proposals of the building of the legal system, financial compensation and supporting reforms for the construction of small and medium-sized enterprises＇ credit guarantee in China.
