摘要
目的评价不同厂家阿昔洛韦对家兔外周血细胞的影响。方法18只家兔随机分成A、B、C 3组,每组6只。A组(注射厂1阿昔洛韦30mg.kg-1),B组(注射厂2阿昔洛韦30mg.kg-1),C组(注射生理盐水,每只2mL)。分别缓慢注入家兔耳缘静脉,每天注射两次,早晚各1次,分别注射后,于第四、八天抽1次静脉血,B组继续注射,于第十二、十六天再抽静脉血,观察家兔外周血中血红蛋白(Hb),白细胞(WBC),血小板(Plt)和网织红细胞(Ret)变化。结果注射阿昔洛韦后,A组Hb、Ret、WBC、Plt与B组、C组分别比较均P>0.05,说明彼此之间无显著性差异。B组第12、16天的Hb、Ret、WBC、Plt结果分别与对照比较也无统计学差距,P>0.05。结论阿昔洛韦不同厂家及长时间注射后对外周血细胞无明显损伤。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of acyclovir from different corporations on peripheral blood cells of rabbit. METHODS Dividing 18 rabbits randomly into groups A, B, and C, 6 rabbits per group. Group A (Acyclovir from corporation 1, 30mg/kg), group B (Acyclovir from corporation 2, 30mg/kg), group C (injecting nor- mal saline, 2ml per rabbit). Injecting slowly into the vein in ear edges of rabbits respectively, two times a day, morning and night, then, drawing blood after 4 and 8 days later respectively, injecting continuously in group B, drawing blood after 12, 16 days later, inspecting changes of Hemoglobin (Hb), White blood cell (WBC), Platelet (Plt) and Ret iculocyte (Ret) in peripheral blood cells of rabbit. RESULTS After injection Acyclovir, comparing Hb,WBC,Plt and Ret in group A with group B and C, it could be found that both P 〉 0.05, which suggested there were no obvious differences between these groups. CONCLUSION There is no obvious damage to peripheral blood cells among different corporations and long-time injection.
