围手术期液体动力学的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 围手术期应用液体治疗以纠正绝对或相对循环容量的不足,但在选择何种液体、如何把握输液量和输液速度等问题上,至今仍处在不断摸索和改进过程中。20世纪90年代,瑞典的药理学家Stahle等提出液体动力学模型,将药代动力学的分析方法用于液体输注对血浆容量扩张(PVE)的动力学效应及液体在体内的分布与代谢方面,为液体动力学理论提供了新的研究基础。现就围手术期液体动力学研究综述如下。
