摘要
根据阿勒泰发展的现实基础和具备的条件,作者指出,今后一段时期:要深入贯彻落实科学发展观,以经济建设为中心,以增加财政收入和农牧民人均纯收入为主线,以"工业强区、投资拉动、项目先行、引大扶强"为重点,以"北屯建市、牧民定居、矿业深加工"为突破口,大力实施优势资源转换战略,努力培育壮大特色优势产业,切实转变经济发展方式,努力实现地区经济又好又快发展。
Through the analysis of the reality and necessary conditions for Altay' s development,the author points out that in the next few years we should do a better job in implementing the 'Scientific Outlook on Development',put advantage resources transform stratagem into practice with great effort,with economic construction as central task,increasing local fiscal revenue and the average per capita net income of peasants and herdsmen as the main theme,'Strengthening the Prefecture with industry,promoting development with investment,giving priority to project,attracting large enterprises and supporting the strong ones' as key point,'Setting up city in Beitun,settling the herdsmen and deep processing in mining' as breakthrough point,pay every effort to foster and strengthen advantageous industry,practically change economic development mode,try to realize rapid and sound economic development in Altay Prefecture.
