摘要
通过分别在坯体中引入含镁原料和铜尾砂废料,制备了一种在常温下、8~14μm远红外波段具有较高发射率(ε=0.867)的建筑陶瓷玻化砖。该材料集功能与环保为一体,将其运用到室内装饰中能起到一定的医疗保健功效。实验结果表明:显微结构物相中莫来石量的增加及其晶格的畸变、Fe2O3的存在、堇青石的形成有利于发射率的提高。
A new architectural vitrified tile with high emissivity in 8-14μm band under normal temperature was prepared by using the materials what have high content of magnesium and introducing the copper flotsam. This environmental material also has medical health functions when it is used for the indoor decoration. The research showed that more mullite in phase, the existence of Fe2O3, the formation of cordierite are all beneficial to improve the emissitvity.
