摘要
应用动态液相微萃取与气相色谱联用技术建立了果汁中3种有机磷农药(敌敌畏、甲基对硫磷、对硫磷)的快速分析方法。考察了萃取溶剂、溶剂体积、萃取次数、水样pH值以及离子强度对液相微萃取的影响。3种有机磷农药的线性范围均为40-400μg·L^-1,富集倍数22.3-51.5,回收率80%-120%,相对标准偏差2.0%-8.1%,检出限12.2-20.6μg·L^-1。
A new method for the determination of three organic phosphorous pesticides(dichlorvos,methylparathion and parathion) in juice samples has been developed using dynamic liquid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography.Experimental conditions that affected the liquid-phase microextraction such as extraction solvents,extraction times,solvent volumes,pH and ion intensity were optimized.The concentration factors of the three organic phosphorous pesticides were between 22.3 and 51.5.The linear ranges were all from 40 μg·L^-1 to 400 μg·L^-1.The recoveries were between 80%and 120%.Relative standard deviations ranged from 2.0%to 8.1%.The detection limits were in the range of 12.2 to 20.6 μg·L^-1.
