随着住房制度改革的不断深入,公有住房逐渐出售给广大教职工,由于发生的产权等的转移,有许多的配套措施要跟上。如何有效的对房改后出现的新问题进行比较清晰的处理,就要做好相关工作。
As the housing system reform continued to deepen, more public houses are gradually sold to the general staff. So many complementary measures need to be made to keep up with the transfer of property rights.
