摘要 管理层薪酬契约的研究关注于薪酬契约理论基础、管理层薪酬契约构成和水平、薪酬契约评价标准以及管理层薪酬契约与公司理财行为等方面,本文对于管理层薪酬契约的研究进行了文献综述,并展望了在我国制度背景下可能进行研究的领域。
