摘要
在四川要不要修建抽水蓄能电站，一直是一个争论的问题，众说纷经。本文在分析四川电力系统的基础上，对在四川是否需修建抽水蓄能电站和应修建什么样的抽水蓄能电站以及抽水蓄能电站的经济性等问题，提出了明确的态度和意见。
The construction of pumped storage hydroplant in Sichuan has always beed the piont at issue. Based on analysis of Sichuan electric power system,position and opinions are presented refering to neccessity of construction of pumped storage hydroplant in Sichuan,type and economy of pumped storage hydroplant.
