研究生培养质量是研究生教育的生命线。新增硕士培养单位应该明确培养目标，理清工作思路，细化培养环节，强化过程管理，全面提高研究生教育质量。
Quali ty of postgraduate cultivation is the lifehne of postgraduate education. New postgraduate training unit must definitude objectives, complete the work thoughts, refine training hnks, strengthen process management to improve the quality of postgraduate education entirely.
