摘要
目的探讨高频超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切系统对乳腺良性疾病诊断和治疗的临床应用价值。方法分析高频超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切治疗40例64个临床诊断乳腺良性病灶的疗效,并记录术后病理结果及其随访情况。结果40例64个乳腺病灶被准确完全切除,切除组织足够用于病理诊断;其中35个病灶为纤维腺瘤,13个为乳腺腺病,11个为乳腺腺病伴纤维腺瘤形成,4个为乳腺囊肿,1个为导管上内乳头状瘤。1例术后出现局部血肿。结论Mammotome微创旋切术是一项创伤小、并发症少、安全有效的乳腺微创技术,对乳腺良性病灶能够进行完全切除。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of ultrasound-guided excision using the Mammotome system in the treatment of benign breast lesions. Methods The efficacy of ultrasound-guided Mammotome excision of 64 benign breast lesions in 40 patients was analyzed. Results The 64 lesions in breasts of 40 patients were excised completely. The lesions were histologically confirmed as 35 fibroadenomas, 13 mastopathias, 11 adenosis with fibroadenomas, 4 cysts and 1 intrad- uactal papilloma. Henatoma was found in 1 case after operation. Conclusion Under ultrasound-guidedance, benign breast lesions can be completely excised with the Mammotome system.
