摘要
目的通过高糖、高脂血症动物模型,观察糖、脂代谢紊乱对机体的影响及与糖尿病的关系。方法采用生化测定及放射免疫方法。结果①高糖、高脂均可使心、肾系数增加,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。②不论高糖或高脂组血糖、血脂均较对照组增高(P<0.01)。③高糖及高脂组NO含量、NOS活性均较对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论本实验证实糖尿病时伴发的糖、脂代谢紊乱与糖尿病血管并发症的发生发展有密切关系。
Objective To make high glucose and hyperlipidemias models and study on relation between disturbance of lgucose and lipide metabolism and DM.Method With biochemistry test and radio immunity method.Result ①High glucose and hyperlipidemias could increase heart index and kidney index;②Serum glucose and lipide were increased in high glucose and hyperlipidemia group;③Both groups vasodilatory function were decreased.Conclusion There is a close relation between glucose lipide metabolism disturbance and DM complications.
