摘要
高职院校的示范校评估与建设是对人才培养模式和管理体制进行深入改革的过程,势必引发各种冲突与不满,进而影响其进程与效果。以浙江经济职业技术学院教师的工作满意度为研究对象,通过问卷调查与数据分析,发现该学院教师的满意度处于一般与较满意之间,约有1/3教师的满意度较以往在下降;不同职称与年龄段教师的满意度的关键影响因素不尽相同;一些教师最为不满的因素并不是满意度的关键影响因素。
Model school evaluation and construction of higher vocational schools is the process that reform talent cultivation model and management deeply, and it will cause various kinds of conflicts and dissatis- faction inevitably, then influence its advancement and effect. Taking the teachers' job satisfaction degree of Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College Economy as the object, by questionnaire survey and data analysis, this paper finds that teacher's of job satisfaction degree is between general and relative satisfaction, about 1/3 teachers' job satisfaction degree is dropping, teachers with different title and in different age section have different key influencing factors for their satisfaction degree; Some most discontented factors are not key influencing factors .
