摘要
利用室温固相化学反应,合成了立方相的硒化镉(CdSe)纳米颗粒,并采用XRD、TEM的分析手段对其结构和形貌进行了表征。实验结果表明,利用固相化学反应在室温条件下即可得到CdSe纳米材料,该法过程简单,不需要特殊的仪器和设备,易于操作和控制。
Cubic CdSe nanoparticles were prepared by solid state reaction at room temperature,and XRD,TEM were used to characterize structures and morphologies of the particles. The experimental results indicated that CdSe nanoparticles can be prepared at room temperature by solid state reaction, the process was very simple and easy to manipulate and had no need of special equipment.
