摘要
目的：比较高速涡轮牙钻辅助拔牙法和传统拔牙法拔除下颌阻生智齿的手术时间及术后并发症。方法：将205例下颌阻生智齿患者随机分为两组，高速涡轮牙钻辅助拔牙组103例，传统拔牙法组102例。结果：高速涡轮牙钻辅助拔牙组平均手术时间20min，低于传统拔牙组平均手术时间40min，术后张口受限、肿胀、疼痛及干槽症的发生率及严重程度明显低于传统拔牙组，p〈0．05，有显著性差异。结论：高速涡轮牙钻应用于拔牙可以缩短手术时间，减少术后并发症，值得推广使用。
Objective： To compare two methods of extraction the Mandibular Impacted Third Molars in duration of extraction and clinical poor reaction after operation. Methods： 205 Mandibular Impacted Third Molars were randomly assigned to two groups , one （test group） release bone/crown resistance by high-speed air turbine handpiece , the other （control group） by traditional chisel. Results： Data showed that duration of extraction, degree of clinical poor reaction had significant differences. Conclution： High speed air turbin handpiece applying in extraction of impacted teeth could efficiently cut duration of extraction , mitigate pain, were easily accepted by sufferer.
