摘要
目的探讨门诊注射室发生护患纠纷的原因与管理对策。方法对我院门诊注射室2003年至2007年出现的护患纠纷进行分析,找出发生的原因,并提出相应的处理方法和管理对策。结果护患纠纷的主要原因:门诊环境标识不清,等候输液时间过长,护士的责任心不强,业务技术不熟练等。结论针对护患纠纷发生原因,制订对策,可以减少护患纠纷的发生。
Objective To analyze the causes of nursing disputes and management strategies in the injection room. Method The reasons of nursing dis- putes from Year 2003 to Year 2007 were retrospectively analyzed and some management strategies were proposed. Result The main reasons of nursing disputes occurred in the injection room were ranked as unclear marks of outpatient environment, long waiting time for intravenous infusion, poor sense of responsibility and nursing skills among nursing staff,and so on. Conclusion In order to reduce nursing disputes,it is suggested to make corresponding management strategies aimed at the reasons of nursing disputes.
