摘要
目的调查我院儿科临床护士焦虑状况,为制订管理对策提供依据。方法采用状态-特质焦虑量表对85名儿科护士进行调查分析。结果护士的状态焦虑分值为(42.81±12.35)分,特质焦虑分值为(43.12±11.57)分;学历越低,焦虑水平越高。结论应加强护理管理,以缓解护士的焦虑水平。
Objective To investigate the anxiety status among nurses in children hospital, in order to provide reference for management countermeasures. Method Eighty- five nurses in children hospital were recruited and investigated with State- rait Anxiety Inventory. Result The average scores of SAI and TAI were （42.81±12. 35 ） points and （43.12±11.57） points respectively. The nurses with lower educational level showed higher level of anxiety. Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen nursing management to relieve nurses＇ anxiety level.
