摘要
目的 了解偏头痛的中医治疗效果。方法 通过对63例偏头痛运用桃红四物汤治疗。结果 偏头痛是一种由于血管舒缩功能障碍引起的病症。近年来药理研究证明，活血化瘀药具有舒张血管、降低血管阻力、使微循环流速加快的功能，并能降低血脂、降低毛细血管通透性、使血小板聚集力及吸附力下降、对血液粘度有调节作用。本方药物可能是通过上述机理发挥作用，从而消除病因，达到治疗目的。
Objective To understand the therapeutic efficacy of migraine treated by TCM. Method 63 cases were adopted Pink Decoction of Four Drugs. Results Migraine is a kind of diseases that caused by vasomotor dysfunction . An effect of drug for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis on blood vessel relaxation , reduce vascular resistance , speeding up microcirculation velocity have been confirmed in recent years by pharmacological and clinical research. The results show that it can reduce blood fat , platelet aggregation and adsorption capacity, and can restrain permeability of capillary pressure. The drugs probably to produce a marked effect by obeve - mentioned. Thus achieve the goals of treatment to eliminate a cause of disease.
